At Ed First Foundation, 100% of your donation goes directly toward programs that support children and schools in need. This includes not only the educational materials, uniforms, and supplies we provide, but also the shipping and customs costs required to deliver them safely to our partner schools.

We believe every expense that brings resources into students’ hands is part of our mission. Only routine administrative or fundraising costs, such as office operations or marketing, are treated separately.

Yes. Ed First Foundation is a registered non-profit organization (501(c)(3)), and donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. tax law. If you need a tax receipt, you will receive one automatically via email after your donation is processed.

We accept online donations via PayPal Giving Fund, which supports most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal balances. Once you click “Donate Now,” you’ll be securely redirected to PayPal to complete your contribution.

On our donation form, you may have the option to choose a recurring contribution (monthly or annually). This is supported by GiveWP when enabled. If you don’t see it, please contact us and we can assist.

At this time, PayPal Giving Fund does not support automatic recurring donations.
If you would like to give regularly, you can make a new donation each month using our PayPal Giving Fund link. We truly appreciate your continued monthly support. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps sustain our programs for children in the August Town community.

Yes. After you complete the donation form, you’ll be redirected to a “Thank You” or success page and you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Absolutely. All donations made through the PayPal Giving Fund are processed using PayPal’s industry-standard encryption and advanced fraud protection.

Ed First Foundation does not receive or store any credit card details. Your personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and used only for acknowledgment and required legal documentation.

In rare cases where a payment doesn’t go through, PayPal will notify you directly and may retry the transaction. If you receive a “Pending” or “Failed” notice, please check your PayPal account or contact PayPal Support. You can also reach out to us at info@edfirstfoundation.com for assistance.

If you’d like to direct your gift to a specific initiative (for example, SAT/ACT prep, AP tutoring, or a student scholarship) please indicate that in the “Comments” or “Dedication” field of the donation form or contact us ahead of time so we can ensure your donation is applied accordingly.

Because contributions are processed through the PayPal Giving Fund, donations are typically final and non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact PayPal Giving Fund support or info@edfirstfoundation.com within a reasonable timeframe, and we’ll help review your case.
